I just want to say that my Freedom Coaching with Kenya Coleman was such a blessing. I am happy that I had the opportunity to have her as my Coach. I thank you, Kenya, I have grown in taken many good things from our time together. A big one is strengthening my confidence and my self-worth. This is something I most definitely recommend! That one on one time with a Coach is a different experience and a great one! Not only are you being fed and growing, your Coach is also being fed and growing. My Freedom Session was a beautiful experience.  I entered the space ready to receive from God.  Because I’d done considerable work to forgive others in my life that had harmed me in ways that could easily be identified, God revealed to the session leaders things that I hadn’t thought about in years.  

I am so thankful for the breakthrough I experienced that night.  I am aware of attributes that I accepted as “just me” that are really mechanisms I acquired as survival techniques.  With this knowledge, I’m shedding more of the me I have accepted and walking towards the me God created me to be. 

I am forever thankful for the team that lovingly guided me through the process.  I love each one of them❤️!

I don’t feel the weight of the trauma like I did going in to the session. Also I have a new mind of abundance.  I really believe I deserve God’s best and not only that, I believe God wants me to have HIS best and nothing less!

I participated in a healing session with an expectation that I would leave the meeting having some type of direction with what God wants for me to do next. I got so much more, the session definitely surpassed my expectations. I got so much more out of it than I imagined. Without even realizing it, my heart was hardened in the beginning of the session, the enemy was definitely trying to keep me from a breakthrough. BUT GOD!! I am so happy I made it to the session, and I gave it my all. The ladies truly allowed the holy spirit to lead them and get me all the way together. I left the session feeling so much peace and knowing that I can take my hands off things because God has the very best for me, and he was always present in my life. I left the session in agreement that I am His daughter, and I am fearfully and wonderfully made, and God loves me, and he always has. If you are needing someone to encourage you to take part in this freedom session, I am telling you now to do so. It will literally break generational curses and break off chains. You will be doing it for you but it will have an effect on your whole family and people around you. Tear down those strongholds and join a freedom session. It helped me so much.

I did my first healing session. I wasn't sure what to expect and I was nervous. I knew I had to do something more in this time of my life. It was a declaration to my fight for peace and taking care of myself and my family. As I walked through the process I was excited about putting my life on a different path. I decided on the session because of my christian lifestyle, and knowing the power of healing through prayer and community. I was struggling on the next phase of my life silently even though I knew that God was at work, and I needed help. The healing session allowed for me to refuel and learn how to fight this spiritual warfare in a different way (with God and community by my side). I thank the ladies of Evolve for partnering with me on this journey, standing in agreement with me in my weakness, and encouraging me through sisterly love. They walked me through the process with love, compassion, sincerity, and professionalism. It was exactly what was needed.
